Kent Michael Hunter

Mr Hunter is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ corporate and company secretarial experience. He has been involved in the listing of more than 25 junior gold and base metal exploration companies on ASX in the past five years with capital raisings exceeding $100 million. He has experience in capital raisings, ASX compliance and regulatory requirements and is currently an executive director of Red Emperor Resources NL and Coastal Minerals Limited, non-executive director of Cazaly Resources Limited, Gryphon Minerals Limited, Scimitar Resources Limited and Elixir Petroleum Limited and is company secretary of two other ASX Listed entities.

Stephen Michael Brockhurst

Mr Brockhurst has been with Mining Corporate since February 2002 and has been responsible for the preparation of the Due Diligence process and Prospectuses on a number of Initial Public Offers with capital raising in excess of $100 million. Mr Brockhurst’s experience includes corporate and capital structuring, corporate advisory and company secretarial services, capital raising, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements.

Mr Brockhurst was a founding Director and Company Secretary for Bannerman Resources Limited from incorporation to July 2007 and Company Secretary of Ironbark Gold to August 2007. Mr Brockhurst is currently a Director and Company Secretary of Blackham Resources Limited and a Director of Red Emperor Resources NL.

Amanda Wilton-Heald

Mrs Wilton-Heald is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience within Australia and the UK. Mrs Wilton-Heald has 6 years’ experience as an auditor with a Top 4 firm (5 years in Perth and 1 year in London), where she was involved in the preparation and audit of ASX listed company Financial Reports. Mrs Wilton-Heald has 5 years experience with a UK AIM listed company specialising in the provision of software as a service. Mrs Wilton-Heald was responsible for the preparation and release of company financial results and announcements; preparation of Board Reports & Management Accounts; forecast preparation, profit and loss management and cash flow monitoring; Company secretarial duties including company returns; liaison with corporate advisors, auditors, brokers and solicitors.

Liz Hanrahan

Miss Hanrahan has been employed by Mining Corporate for two years and has five years’ corporate and accounting experience. She has been involved in the listing of approximately ten junior gold and base metal exploration companies on ASX in the past four years. She has experience in corporate advisory and company secretarial services, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements.

Miss Hanrahan is currently company secretary of Red Emperor Resources NL, Whinnen Resources Limited and Kintore Resources Limited.

Morag Gaze
